“Today this building houses the Austrian Federal Institute of Agricultural Economics. Between 1925 and 2002 the General Directorate of National Forests was stationed there.
The building was constructed by Karl Theodor Bach for the Navy Section of the Imperial War Ministry in 1906 and 1908.
Especially notable is the facade on the first floor, which features the shields of all royal ports in the Adriatic Sea.”
